GTA Express Delivery: Pre order between 12:00AM – 11:00AM for next day/same day delivery or check same day delivery options via our text to order option in Toronto and the GTA.

Canada Wide Shipping is completed by Canada Post. Orders shipped daily. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Orders made in the GTA will be shipped out the same day if they are placed before 11AM

Delivery vs. Shipping

GTA Express Delivery is completed via our courier service and is available in the following cities: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Vaughan, and Brampton.

Canada wide shipping is completed via Canada Post.Shipping orders are packed and sent out within 1-2 business days. Orders made in the GTA will be shipped out the same day if they are placed before 11AM. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once it’s been shipped.

We guarantee delivery on all parcels. If your package is missing, we will work with Canada Post to ensure we find a solution.

Received the Wrong Items or Items are Missing

While we have strict quality control measures in place, there are times with an order may be packed incorrectly or a replacement was provided if an item is out of stock. We strongly recommend that you take pictures of your order when it arrives to ensure there aren’t any discrepancies. Our team also catalogues all orders before they are packed as a final check.

If your items are missing or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us with pictures or a video and our team will investigate further.
